MASSIVE SHOOTING BAYS FOR IN-SHOP INSPECTIONS

We specially designed the shooting bays in our shop with our customers in mind.  We have the ability to drive fork lifts into the bays for the ability to shoot large and heavy items. Cranes and shooting tables are installed in each bay in order to minimize twisting and load lifting for our employees' safety.

In 2014 we celebrated our 50th year in the Non Destructive Testing Industry.  Since 1964 we have expanded our team and our services we offer our customers.  We now serve Texas and Oklahoma and have since moved into a new bigger building in Dallas, Texas in order to better serve our customers.

Gamma Ray Radiography (Steel)

A volumetric test used to check for internal defects utilizing Ir192 or Co60 radioactive isotopes.

Computed Radiography
 

digital replacement of X-ray film radiography and offers advantages for inspection tasks – the use of consumables is virtually eliminated and the time to produce an image is drastically shortened. No darkroom or chemicals needed.

Alloy Analysis (PMI)

Used to determine the alloying constituants  of a metal or material. 

Gamma Ray Radiography (Concrete)

Using radioactive material to view the steel structures inside of a concrete slab.

Liquid Penetrant Inspection

Surface test for nonferrous materials through visible and fluorescent techniques.

Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)

Using radar based technology to investigate the internal structure of concrete slabs.

X-Ray Radiography

A Volumetric examination used to check for internal defects when greater contrast or definition is needed.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

We offer multiple testing techniques including AC- Yoke and Wet Horizontal Bench Unit in order to detect surface and subsurface defects on ferrous materials.

Welder Certification

Providing certification of numerous types of welding (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, SAW)

Ultrasonic Inspection

A volumetric testing method utilizing high frequency sound that can detect and pinpoint internal defects and measure thickness with a high degree of accuracy. 

Hardness Testing

Utilizing analog and digital devices to measure the solidity of an object, to gauge material durability.

NDT Level I and level II Training

Teaching various methods of NDT in accordance with recognized training outlines. (ex. RT, MT, PT, UT, VT)
